With advanced training in gut health, hormone health, and women's fitness, I help women improve energy, build strength, and create sustainable lifestyle habits that support long-term health.

"When I turned 40, I knew I needed to add strength training to my life to help with bone density loss and to maintain mobility as I get older. I want to be able to run around with my kids (and their kids) as I get older! I don’t want to say “no sorry I can’t” if they ask me to rock climb, ski, or ride a mechanical bull (for example) with them.
