The Be Fit with Be Well Personal Training Program includes: Introductory assessment to baseline fitness, discuss challenges, and set goals. Customized fitness program, including weekly exercise schedule and strength training plan, tailored to client’s specific fitness level and goals. In-person or virtual (depending on client's location) training sessions. Access to personal trainer via email or text for questions. Discounts on any Be Well fitness classes or programs. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the Client must do so 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the Client will forfeit that appointment and will not have an opportunity to reschedule it.
