Meet Dianna
Health Coach, Personal Trainer & Nutrition Expert
Located in Northern Virginia with my family, I am here to help you with your wellness journey. I say journey, because I believe wellness is a process. There are no quick fixes or 'one-size-fits-all' solutions. It's about making healthy choices and behavior changes to improve your overall quality of life.

I'm a wife, mother of two, and nutrition enthusiast. My wellness and nutrition journey began a few years ago after experiencing some health issues that prompted a total overhaul of my diet. Within a few weeks I felt better than I had in years. I had more energy, less digestive issues, and felt well. This prompted me to pursue my passion as a career and obtain my Masters in Nutrition Education from American University in Washington D.C. About halfway through that program I decided I wanted to work with individuals and families to improve their overall wellness through nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. To further my education and continue developing my coaching skills, I became an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Through these life experiences, "Be Well Health Coaching" was born.

My philosophy

Wellness is process of making decisions and choices to improve your health and overall quality of life. There's no 'one-size-fits-all' routine or plan for everyone. Why? Because we are all different. No one eating plan, exercise routine, or behavior change program will work for every person.

My individualized approach is to partner with you to come up strategies that will work for you and help you achieve your wellness goals. While my primary focus is nutrition, the goal is to achieve whole self wellness through physical activity, proper sleep, stress management, career satisfaction, positive relationships, and spirituality.

I empower busy moms to invest in their health and wellness so that they can feel their best! My passion is to work with busy moms to prioritize their health, achieve an ideal weight, and feel their best. During this life stage I find that often moms are so busy taking care of everyone around them at home and at work that they don't always make the necessary time to prioritize their own health and wellness. I want you to eat well, live well, and be well. Ready to get started?
Behind "Be Well"

The concept behind "Be Well" is multifaceted. First, Well is short for Wellness, which is a process of truly becoming healthy and happy. Next, Well is also representative of an ancient well. Historically, wells provided life giving water and were typically located at the center of a community. Because of their importance and location, they were often a place for social gathering. So in a sense, "Be Well" represents finding your well, the thing that gives you life and fulfills you. Your well may be healthy food, loving relationships, or a fulfilling career.

Let's work together to find your well.
