Be Well Health Coaching LLC ("the Coach") does not prescribe a diet plan; provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, the Coach is a mentor and guide who has been trained in holistic health coaching and personal training to help clients reach their own health goals by assisting clients devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. The Client understands that the Coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietician-nutritionist, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the Coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. If the Client is under the care of a health care professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with his or her doctor and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor. 


The Client has chosen to work with the Coach and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.


Any service or program that is provided to you by Be Well Health Coaching LLC is intended for your personal use only. By purchasing any service or program from Be Well Health Coaching LLC, you agree that you will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute this information to other parties via any channel (including social media), unless the Coach provides you with explicit written permission to do so.

In addition to using to host our Website and accept online payments through our Website, FatSecret Professional is used to provide nutrition-related coaching services, Microsoft Forms is used to collect information about your diet and lifestyle habits, PandaDoc is used for routing and signature of program agreement documents, Calendly is used for session scheduling, and Zoom is used for video conferencing. Users may also provide information to be published or displayed (“posted”) on the testimonials page or other public areas of our Website (“User Contributions”). Refund Policy

This refund policy only applies to Be Well Workout Classes. You are entitled to cancel your reservation in any Be Well Workout Class up until 24 hours before class start time without giving any reason for doing so.  In order to cancel a class and receive a refund you must contact us in writing at We will reimburse you no later than 72 hours from the day we receive the cancellation request.
